Case Studies

Successful outcomes

I have defended clients facing a huge range of motoring prosecutions in very many different circumstances. No two cases are ever the same. The circumstances of the prosecution and the details of the individuals concerned make every case unique.

Successfully defending clients requires not only an expert knowledge of the law but also the ability to effectively represent the client based on the unique circumstance of their case.

Over the years I have represented very many drivers facing a six-month penalty points disqualification.

Causing death by careless driving cases need to be conducted with care and sensitivity. Drivers involved are usually very distressed, and the process always includes the family of someone who died.

Here you will find more detailed information about some of the cases in which I have successfully represented my clients.
